Onsavo is a self-pay telemedicine service. Compounded medications are generally not covered by insurance and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. Some lab work or FDA-approved medications may be HSA/FSA-eligible — check directly with your plan administrator.

Our affiliated licensed providers may prescribe both FDA-approved and compounded medications, depending on what is clinically appropriate after your consultation. Compounded options — including NAD+ injections, topical creams, and nasal sprays — are NOT FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A prescription is issued only after consultation with a licensed provider.

Our pricing is consistent — you pay the same price regardless of your prescribed dose, for predictable treatment costs. Dosing is determined solely by your licensed provider based on medical appropriateness. See our Terms for full billing and cancellation details.
