Who We Are

We exist to make provider-guided care simpler to access. We handle the parts of the experience that are not clinical — the website and account, intake, scheduling, secure messaging, billing, shipping coordination, and customer support — so that the licensed providers and pharmacy we work with can focus on care and fulfillment.

How Onsavo Is Structured

Three independent types of organizations work together when you use Onsavo:

[ONSAVO LEGAL ENTITY] (the platform). Operates onsavo.com and the technology behind your account, intake, messaging, billing, and support.
[AFFILIATED MEDICAL GROUP] (the providers). Independent, state-licensed healthcare providers who review your intake through telemedicine and exercise their own independent clinical judgment. They are not employed by Onsavo to reach any particular outcome and are under no obligation to prescribe any medication.
[COMPOUNDING PHARMACY] (the pharmacy). An independent partner compounding pharmacy (a 503A/503B pharmacy that is LegitScript-certified or NABP-accredited and licensed in [STATES SERVED]) that prepares and ships any medication a provider prescribes. Where lab testing is part of a program, at-home labs are processed by [CLIA LAB PARTNER], a CLIA-certified laboratory.

This means the people responsible for your care — the provider who reviews your intake and the pharmacy that prepares and ships your medication — are independent of the Onsavo platform.

What We Offer

Onsavo supports a range of provider-guided, wellness-focused programs, including weight management, healthy aging (NAD+), hair growth, hormone support, and testosterone support. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is a decision made solely by a licensed provider based on your individual health information. Submitting an intake or paying for a subscription does not guarantee a prescription.

Many of the products available through Onsavo are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy to meet the needs of an individual patient based on a prescription from a licensed provider.

Self-Pay and Availability

Onsavo is a self-pay telemedicine service. We do not bill insurance. Subscriptions bill monthly, and you can cancel at least [X] days before your next monthly billing date.
